Whether Sub questions of a question can be attended after another question Sir.Eg: Can i attend 2(a) first and then 3(b) after that 2(b). Whether it can be done in exam?

No. Better to follow the order .
we can write No need to follow the order but if there are sub questions involved then we should write in one place
